I enjoyed my stay for 6 nights in a Standard Double Room, Non-Smoking. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly. The subway station downstairs made travel easy. The room was spacious for Japanese standards. Overall, a great experience! 😊

What’s great and what’s not

Service was exceptional, with friendly staff and fantastic cleanliness. Comfortable bedding contributed to a restful stay , and easy access to transport was a bonus.

Location was somewhat isolated with limited dining options. The room size was quite small compared to other destinations, making it less ideal for travelers with larger luggage.

The lobby was beautifully designed with polished brown and cream tiles, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its proximity to Kitahama Station made traveling effortless, and the accessible elevators were very helpful for senior guests like myself.

More English-speaking staff would enhance the experience.

The location is ideal, right atop a subway station, allowing easy access to local attractions. The staff offered exceptional service, always ready to assist with a smile. Our Junior Suite provided outstanding cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the city view from the room was truly enjoyable.

The amenities, while good, could have included more options for dining.

The hotel is very convenient as it’s right above a subway station. We easily explored Osaka, and even took a quick trip to Kyoto. Our spacious room was clean and had excellent amenities, which was especially helpful with our newborn baby.

In my wife’s opinion, a kids’ play area would be great.

I absolutely loved my stay! My room was spacious and super clean, and I enjoyed unwinding at the sauna and rooftop deck. The only bummer was that the nearby convenience stores didn't have as much variety compared to other places in Osaka, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

Location is perfect, right by the subway and close to many attractions. The rooms are smaller than expected, making it feel cramped. Free coffee at the front desk was a nice touch.

i absolutely loved my stay at daiwa roynet hotel. the location was perfect, right near the top attractions like umeda and osaka castle. everything is very clean and the staff were super friendly. getting coffee at the front desk was a nice touch too. also, the access to the massage service was great and really enhanced my experience.

The location is fantastic, being right above a subway station for easy access to both Kyoto and the heart of Osaka. My room was impressively clean, spacious, and equipped with thoughtful amenities like a curling iron. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and I truly appreciated the convenience of nearby cafes and restaurants. However, the breakfast could have benefited from more variety, particularly in fresh bread and fruit options.

The room was clean and comfy, really spacious for Japan! I loved the extra pillows and free bottled water. Everything was well maintained. It had nice amenities, and the view was a bonus. A bit smallish compared to the US, but that's pretty standard here. The wifi worked great and had everything I needed for my stay.
